Introductory call (15 minutes). The goal of this call is for us to get a snapshot of your business and goals and for us to share how we work with clients to determine whether we will be a good fit to work together. Click here when you’re ready to schedule this call.

• Important note: The Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys prevent us from providing legal advice outside of a formal engagement/during an introductory meeting.

Trust Deposit + Engagement Agreement. Following the introductory call, we send a copy of our Engagement Agreement and request a trust account deposit to formalize our relationship. Once we receive the executed Engagement Agreement and deposit, we will reach out to schedule a "Kickoff Call."

Kickoff call (1 hour). During this call, we do a deep dive to get to know your business better, identify your priorities, and begin to develop a project plan and next steps. This is also a good time to share a demo of your software application or platform if you have one and it is available.

Fee arrangement. Following the kickoff call, your NLG attorneys will propose a fee arrangement that best suits your needs. These options are outlined here. If you decide not to move forward with us following the kickoff call, we bill hourly for the initial consultation, and can hold the remaining funds in trust until you are ready to move forward or refund the rest back to you.
