Mary Maino is the Chief Operations/Human Resources Officer for Nixon Law Group.

Mary comes to NLG with extensive experience in growing and running high-performing organizations in a variety of industries. She brings an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit to her work while maintaining a focus on reliability and consistency of delivery to meet critical business needs. 

Her accomplishments include being named the first female Managing Director of an international airline; building the operations infrastructure for one of the first online custom roast to order coffee companies; and leading the growth and maturity of a 50-person law firm by building effective operating procedures, policies, and process management practices. 

Mary believes in the importance of attracting, developing, and retaining the best people and cultivating a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and a growth mindset. 

Mary lives with her husband and fur baby in South Florida, where she has raised over $100K for various autism charities over the years and currently serves as the Secretary of the Icahn Charter Schools Board.
