Kevin Joyce, Esq., is Special Counsel for Nixon Law Group. Mr. Joyce has represented a wide variety of clients, from early stage to public companies, in such areas as private offerings of equity and debt securities, negotiation of credit facilities and bridge financing, mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, securities law compliance, and general corporate representation. Mr. Joyce has also represented senior and mezzanine lenders as well as equity investors on similar transactions.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Joyce worked for several years as a corporate attorney at DLA Piper. He has also served as a business consultant to major hospitals and health systems across the United States.
Mr. Joyce holds an A.B. from Princeton University (1996), where he completed degree requirements in the Department of Geology and Geophysics as well as the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Mr. Joyce received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (2000), where he served as an Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Mr. Joyce is admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the State of Oregon.
